What you do:

Reporting to the Senior Support Manager, the IT Support Analyst is responsible for providing Level 1 and 2 hardware and software technical support to Boston Pizza International (“BPI”) and Treliving Private Investments (“TPI”). This role requires frequent contact with various IT groups and business clients to ensure timely and professional delivery of services. 

In this role, you will be expected to:

  • Provide on-site and remote Technical Support for Boston Pizza's corporate staff.
  • Provide first level ticketing support, document and assign tickets accordingly.
  • Create, manage, and maintain all helpdesk process documentation.
  • Install, configure, support, and maintain laptops, mobile devices, printers, MS Team conferencing calls and network connectivity for corporate clients.
  • Perform physical equipment installs, maintenance, removals, and configuration on equipment located in all offices.
  • Manage the Active Directory user and group and Office 365.
  • Support the new user setup and termination process for all corporate and TPI employees.
  • Maintain the shared directory security permissions.
  • Provide O365 mailbox troubleshooting and mail flow support.
  • Provide orientation training for new hires on the proper use of computer hardware, software applications and the various network services available.
  • Resolve client hardware and software issues.
  • Lift and maneuver 20 lb boxes.

Who you are:

  • You have a minimum of 2 years of college or university-level coursework in computer science or information technology.
  • You have 2-3 years of experience with application software, hardware installation, upgrades, and repairs.
  • You have 2-3 years of experience performing Microsoft Windows and Active Directory system support.
  • You have experience working with Microsoft Windows 10/11, Microsoft O365, and Microsoft Teams.
  • You have experience working with Dell, Microsoft, Apple and Samsung hardware.
  • You have excellent communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, problem-solving, multi-tasking and organizational skills.
  • You can appropriately plan and execute tasks, work collaboratively and build relationships, maintain high-level of confidentiality, and exercise discretion when working with others.
  • You are self-disciplined, flexible, and adaptable to change.

The annual base salary for this role is $60,600 - $68,000.
