What you do:

As a member of the Business Technology team and reporting to the Infrastructure Architect, the Infrastructure Administrator is responsible for providing technical support and for supporting the maintenance of IT systems in both Boston Pizza's on-premises data center, remote restaurant support and Azure Cloud environments. The Infrastructure Administrator will also provide first and second level second level support for areas of expertise, identifying and escalating trouble tickets, as needed, to higher-level support.

In this role, you will be expected to:

  • Administer, maintain and support: Microsoft Active Directory, GPO, DNS, DHCP; Microsoft Azure Environment (PaaS, and IaaS); Microsoft O365 Environment; SSO, and Security Authentication; Infrastructure of Branch Offices and Data Center.
  • Manage and maintain Azure, backup systems.
  • Manage and maintain Corporate Defender for Endpoint and m365 Security Center.
  • Manage and maintain SFTP/FTP and file shares.
  • Manage and maintain SonicWall/Meraki firewall hardware.
  • Office 365 Administration: Administer Office 365 services, including email, and Teams. Manage user accounts, licenses, and configurations to meet business needs.
  • Domain registration and management and external DNS records and certificates.
  • Provide second-level technical support for complex issues related to Azure, Office 365, and other IT systems. Collaborate with the IT support team to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Manage and configure Web Application Firewalls to protect web applications from threats and vulnerabilities, ensuring compliance with security standards and practices.
  • Participate in regularly scheduled after hours Windows Updates for servers.
  • Assist with the creation and maintenance of technical documentation, including IT standards that reflect company policies.
  • Manage and document tickets in internal ticketing system.

Who you are:

  • You have a degree or diploma in IT, Computer Sciences, or related field
  • You have 3+ years working with Microsoft Windows Server, Backups, and Microsoft Exchange, SonicWall and Meraki.
  • You have experience with Microsoft Windows Server, Group Policy, Sophos/Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Teams, IIS, and Microsoft PowerShell, and scripting languages
  • You may have Microsoft certification
  • You have strong working knowledge of Networking, Microsoft Windows clients and servers, and Azure (PaaS, and IaaS)
  • You have strong working knowledge of hardware including Dell PCs
  • You have strong organizational, time management, analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving, communication (written and verbal) in both technical and non-technical terms, high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • You are able to work both independently and as a collaborative team, and can multi-task and manage multiple priorities

The base annual salary for this role is $73,600 - $82,500.
