About the Role:
We are seeking passionate and experienced Restaurant Managers to join our growing team in Calgary. As a Restaurant Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading and motivating your team, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving restaurant success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team.
- Ensure excellent customer service and a positive dining experience for all guests.
- Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including inventory, scheduling, and financial performance.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
- Implement marketing and promotional strategies to increase restaurant traffic.
- Recruit, train, and onboard new team members.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in a fast-paced casual dining environment is prefered but not necessary.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proven ability to motivate and lead teams effectively.
- Proficiency in POS systems and restaurant management software.
- Food Safety Certification is a must.
