What you do:

As a member of the Business Technology team, you will be reporting to the SVP, Business Technology. The Senior Director of Infrastructure and Operations will lead our comprehensive infrastructure and operations strategy, overseeing the Azure infrastructure team, corporate helpdesk, field implementation team for restaurants, and restaurant client support team. This role is responsible for ensuring high availability, optimal performance of IT systems, and exceptional support for POS systems, menu-related issues, and other restaurant technologies. In this role, you will be expected to:

  • Lead and strategize the development, implementation, and management of our IT infrastructure across Azure platforms, ensuring robustness and scalability.
  • Oversee the corporate helpdesk to ensure timely and effective resolution of IT issues, enhancing employee productivity and satisfaction.
  • Direct the field implementation team for efficient deployment and maintenance of restaurant technologies, ensuring seamless operations and customer service.
  • Manage the restaurant client support team, focusing on POS, menu management, and other critical technology support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships, negotiating contracts and managing service level agreements (SLAs) for IT services and products.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements, implementing best practices for IT security and data protection.

Who you are:

  • You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field;
  • You have 7+ years’ experience in IT infrastructure and operations management, preferably in a multi-site retail or restaurant environment, and managing diverse teams, particularly in technology implementation and support;
  • You have certifications in Azure, ITIL, or related areas;
  • You have a deep understanding of Azure cloud services, network architecture, and IT systems relevant to a fast-paced, customer-focused industry;
  • You have strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication (written & verbal) skills;
  • You are able to address complex challenges through innovative solutions;
  • You are able to provide strong leadership to motivate in a team-oriented, collaborative environment, and build relationships across a wide range of audiences;
  • You have 2+ years of strategic planning experience.

The annual base salary for this role is $132,150 – $148,600.
