What you do:

Reporting to the Director, Marketing Content, the Marketing Manager, Menu & POS is responsible for executing the strategy around the development and production of all Menu and point of sale materials. This role works with internal teams and vendor partners to ensure that the Menu and POS materials produced are accurate, efficient, creative and best in class.

In this role, you will be expected to:

• Execute against the strategy around the development of Menu and POS material, which includes format, design, frequency and the role of messaging/communication.
• Play a leadership role on the Marketing team to ensure broad internal socialization of projects status and key dates, ensuring key milestones are met.
• Lead the production of Menu and POS material, with the goal of creating best in class formats, designs and messaging to drive guest clarity and behaviours, leveraging best practices to do so.
• Manage vendor partners to build strong relationships while delivering efficiencies in production and accuracy in delivery.
• Provide leadership, mentorship and support to direct report(s) on performance and career development.
• Provide oversight for key sponsorship and strategic partnerships.

Who you are:

• You have a degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• You have 3-5 years of marketing or advertising experience (industry specific would be an asset).
• You have strong print production knowledge.
• You have strong attention to detail, leadership, project management, prioritization, and communication (written, verbal, and presentation) skills.
• You have strong Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) skills.
• You are a collaborative team player with a drive for results.
