Associate Marketing Manager, Off-Premises

What you do:
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, Off-Premises, the AMM, Off-Premises is responsible for supporting integrated marketing campaigns focused on the off-premises sales channels, which includes: providing support for take-out and delivery promotions; Boston Pizza’s Gift Card program; media plans; and strategic partnerships with delivery service providers. In this role, you will be expected to:
- Support the planning, execution and measurement of each Off-Premises Marketing program.
- Support the development of written communications for Boston Pizza restaurants on the specific details of each off-premises marketing program.
- Support the creation of reporting on key metrics within the off-premises channel. This includes: channel sales comparisons and updates; promotional performance; media performance; and restaurant feedback. The role also provides support for the creation of promotion post-reports to inform future Marketing programs.
- Gather and consolidate clear and timely feedback on creative assets, ensuring these are aligned to Boston Pizza’s Brand Guidelines.
- Maintain and update Marketing program workback schedules to ensure all key timelines are met.
- Provide thought leadership on off-premises promotional ideas that will drive off-premises sales.
- Stay abreast of media and advertising industry trends to ensure that Boston Pizza’s Marketing programs remain industry-leading and impactful.
Who you are:
- You have a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or related field
- You have 1-2 Years of Marketing experience. Digital experience preferred.
- You have strong digital marketing and digital media knowledge.
- You have strong communication (written, verbal and presentation), time-management, problem-solving, and cross-functional consensus-building skills.
- You have strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
- You are able to work independently and with a team, manage complex lists of deliverables, and build relationships.
- You have a passion for advertising and creative evaluation.
