What you do:
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, Brand Programs, the Associate Marketing Manager, Brand Programs is responsible for supporting integrated marketing campaigns focused on the On-Premise sales channel, which includes: providing support for all aspects on-premise national promotions; co-ordinating media plan deliverables; supporting internal promotion communications; organizing and managing materials kit shipments; and supporting strategic partnerships and sponsorships on an as-needed basis.
In this role, you will be expected to:
- Support the development, launch, measurement and performance reporting for each on-premises marketing program.
- Collaborate with agency partners and cross-functional team members to deliver best-in-class marketing programs and campaigns which maximize business impact.
- Support the development of written communications for Boston Pizza restaurants on the specific details of each on premises marketing program.
- Co-ordinate the production and delivery of promotion creative within pre-determined timelines to ensure print materials and advertising assets are in place for each initiative.
- Maintain and update marketing program workback schedules to ensure all key timelines are met.
- Support collaboration with key strategic partners and/or sponsor partners from time to time, ensuring a smooth and timely launch and execution of all partner-focused programs and initiatives.
- Stay abreast of media and advertising industry trends to ensure that Boston Pizza’s Marketing programs remain industry-leading and impactful.
Who you are:
- You have a Diploma or Degree in Communications, Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.
- You have 1-2 years of marketing experience.
- You have experience with mass marketing, digital marketing, digital media, and agency collaboration.
- You have strong communication (written, verbal and presentation), Microsoft Office (particularly Word, PowerPoint and Excel), time-management, problem-solving, intellectual curiosity and cross-functional consensus-building skills.
- You are able to work independently and with a team, manage complex lists of deliverables, and build relationships.
- You have a passion for advertising and creative evaluation.
