Boston Pizza Seton is getting busier every week, and we’re looking for a strong, organized Kitchen Supervisor to help lead our back-of-house team through the rush.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives on the line, leads by example, and knows how to keep a kitchen running smoothly when the pressure is on.
Compensation
$20–$22/hour (based on experience)
What You’ll Do
Lead kitchen shifts and support daily BOH operations
Expo during peak periods to ensure food quality and timing
Coach and support line cooks and prep team members
Maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation standards
Ensure cleanliness, organization, and food safety practices are followed
Support prep planning, pars, and waste control
Work closely with the KM and management team to hit COGs and labour targets
What We’re Looking For
Previous line cook or kitchen leadership experience in a high-volume restaurant
Strong understanding of kitchen flow, timing, and organization
Natural leader who can motivate and direct a team
Calm, focused, and efficient under pressure
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
Open availability for evenings and weekends
