We are currently looking for General Managers who are passionate about leadership, hospitality, and operational excellence to join our growing team.
Position Overview
The General Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant while developing a high-performing team and ensuring an outstanding guest experience. This role requires a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and understands how to balance service, team culture, and financial performance.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and inspire the restaurant team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
Manage daily operations including service, kitchen coordination, and bar operations
Recruit, train, and develop team members and leadership staff
Maintain strong team culture and high employee engagement
Oversee scheduling, labour management, and cost control
Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and brand standards
Drive sales performance and profitability through strong operational leadership
Analyze financial results and implement strategies to achieve targets
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of restaurant management experience (General Manager or Assistant GM preferred)
Strong leadership and team development skills
Passion for hospitality and guest service
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong understanding of restaurant financials, labour management, and cost control
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

I never thought that working in a kitchen at Boston Pizza as a Kitchen Manager would impact me the way it has. The skills I have learned in the kitchen have also transferred into my personal life. Some of those include being a better people leader, developing organizational and communication skills, and creating great friendships, which I am passionate about! Working as a team to get through the crazy busy rushes humbles you and teaches essential skills like patience and respect. Working in a kitchen at Boston Pizza has been so much fun and incredibly rewarding.
