PCI Administrator & Coordinator (3 - 4 Month Contract)

What you do:
Reporting to the Senior Support Manager, Client Services the PCI Administrator & Coordinator ensures compliance with the PCI Security Program for all Boston Pizza restaurants in Canada by reviewing SAQs, checklists, and scans. Responsibilities include submitting and securely signing documentation, creating and dispatching support tickets, and coordinating software and hardware support. This role acts as the central liaison for PCI security issues and maintains departmental documentation of policies, procedures, and services.

In this role, you will be expected to:

PCI Compliance Management

  • Maintain the PCI Bostonlink page in Canada, incl. posting memos and documentation on PCI Security program for restaurants (Using Microsoft Sharepoint).
  • Update Annual SAQ D and PCI DSS Requirements v4.0 for Boston Pizza Restaurants.
  • Communicate with each restaurant to ensure correct completion and submission of annual SAQ questionnaire and PCI documents.
  • Review PCI restaurant scans, resolve vulnerabilities, and dispute false positives as well as maintain and report the PCI compliance status of all stores to the Senior Support Manager and payment vendors as applicable.
  • Coordinate invoicing for PCI security program, software, and hardware support with finance.

Support and Communication

  • Create support tickets and assign them to technicians (using Footprints).
  • Primary contact for all incoming support calls related to PCI communication from restaurants.
  • Provide after-hours support scheduling and assist with payroll for the team.
  • Communicate and report to management regarding contract issues and compliance.
  • Provide statistics for key PCI project and software deployments and initiatives as well as weekly and monthly reporting requests.
  • Perform other duties and tasks as assigned by the management team
  • Maintain Service Level Agreement standards with stores and offices.

Who you are:

  • You have 1 – 2 years of customer service/sales and/or administrative experience
  • You are an outstanding communicator and can converse with technical & non-technical stakeholders
  • You are detail oriented with outstanding organizational skills
  • You are enthusiastic to take on new challenges and are a problem solver
  • You exercise professionalism with your customer service skills
  • You are a team player, but also able to perform well independently
  • You have the ability to administer several projects independently and concurrently, with ongoing changes in priority with the ability to cope effectively during extremely busy periods and pay attention to detail and deadlines
  • You have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • You may have experience and/or understanding of Restaurant Operations

The annual base salary for this role is $42,300 - $47,500.
