Support the General Manager in daily restaurant operations
Lead and motivate team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences
Ensure food quality, cleanliness, and service standards are met
Oversee scheduling, inventory management, and cost control
Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training new team members
Foster a respectful and fun work environment
Qualifications
1–2 years of restaurant management or supervisory experience (preferred)
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
A passion for hospitality and teamwork
Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
